For help with Samantha Key, email support@nextechia.com. Include your device model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue.

• Add Samantha Key in iOS Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards.
• Allow Full Access so the keyboard can receive translated text from the app.
• Restore purchases from the app Settings screen.
• Manage or cancel the subscription in Apple Subscriptions.

Privacy Policy

Samantha Key processes microphone audio in real time to provide speech-to-translated-text functionality. We do not store audio recordings, speech transcripts, or translation history on our servers.

The custom keyboard requires Open Access only to receive translated text from the companion app and insert it into the active text field. Secure password fields are handled by iOS and may switch back to the system keyboard.

We use Apple StoreKit subscription data only to verify whether your free trial or subscription is active. Supabase issues short-lived OpenAI Realtime access tokens and stores operational subscription records.

Terms

Samantha Key is offered as an auto-renewable monthly subscription with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. After the trial, the subscription renews at MXN $149 per month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.

Billing is handled by Apple. Translation quality may vary based on network conditions, microphone quality, background noise, source language, and selected output language.

Audio

Processed live for translation. Not stored by Samantha Key.

Translated text

Temporarily passed through the local App Group so the keyboard can insert it. Not stored on our servers.

Keyboard Open Access

Used for app-to-keyboard handoff. We do not use it to collect keystroke history.

Subscription status

Stored only to verify access, prevent abuse, and support billing help.
